  • Cloud Platform Migration: Contributing to the migration of services and infrastructure from Azure to STACKIT, keeping existing workloads running while gradually decommissioning legacy resources.
  • Platform Infrastructure & Reliability: Maintain and evolve shared Terraform and Kubernetes infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipeline reliability, and refine Datadog dashboards, alerts, and logs to ensure consistent environments and faster, more reliable incident detection and resolution.

  • Security-Focused Development: Implemented authentication, authorization (Oauth2.0), and access management ensuring compliance with GDPR and ISO 81001-5-1 standards.
  • Self-Hosted Microservices: Designed and deployed high-performance microservices using OpenResty, RedisDB, SQLite and Web sockets ensuring full control over infrastructure and performance.
  • Cross-Platform App Development: Leveraged Firebase to structure backend services and developed both mobile and desktop applications using Flutter.
  • FHIR and Healthcare Standards: Developed a SMART on FHIR solution leveraging open-source tools to ensure interoperability for BfArM's DiGA requirements.

  • Backend Development & DevOps: Engineered Python/FastAPI platforms with NoSQL databases and RESTful integrations (GetResponse), automated via Terraform CI/CD.

  • Feature Evaluation & ML: Researched EV energy consumption factors and engineered an evaluation tool for feature-based analysis of in-vehicle bus signals, including ML methods for range estimation.
  • Route Optimization: Developed a tool to optimize graph search algorithms for tailored route suggestions using Overpass API (OpenStreetMap) and Valhalla.
